We are so exited to announce that the list of students that will be in our club this year is IN!. Yes, check your email and prepare to be ready next Monday at 3:10pm, you'll need to report to Mr. Puertas classroom to start our club.
For those that did not make the cut, no worries, there is still a chance. If you selected "I don't know" in any of the answers of your application, that means that you are probably missing some extra points that can help you make the cut. This is what I want you to do; on Monday, you have to talk to your HOMEROOM teacher, he/she will know how to get the info you are missing in your registration form. Whenever you get that info, you have to come by Mr. Puertas' classroom to update your form ASAP. If you made the cut after all, we will let you know right away so you can contact your parents and let you stay.
If you made the cut, CONGRATS!, you are already in... BUT, remember that without the TAF (Teacher Acknowledge Form) you WILL NOT be accepted in the club and we will GIVE YOUR SPOT to someone else, so please make sure you get that form signed by your homeroom teacher BEFORE you attend our first meeting on Monday. Mr. Puertas will have forms available in his mailbox by his door, also you can download a copy of the form here. Please make sure your parents know you will be staying until 5:50pm every Monday and Wednesday starting this next Monday the 24th. We will provide one hour for homework help and dinner so don't worry about your homework or your hunger... we have you covered!.
